We have a wide variety of rooms for hire from the size of a small locker to the size of a triple garage. We can customize the space so you don’t end up paying for space that you don’t need. Rooms can be hired for a short period of time or for as long as you like and we have 24 hour access, 7 days a week*.

Our Facility
Our facility is located on Hadleigh Road industrial estate in Ipswich, The building is 30,000 sq.ft. We have rebuilt the building from the roof down, including a brand new roof and exterior cladding to ensure the safe dry environment for customers to store their posessions. We offer the highest level of security (for full security details, click here). All floors can be accessd via an elevator. Extra wide aisles throughout the facility enable easy use of pallet trucks and trolleys.

We have over 280 units offering 20 different unit sizes so you do not end up paying for space that you do not use.
